Built around the way training is actually managed.

FitRoster is a practical performance tool: fast to update, clear to review, and structured enough for coach-trainee work.

01

Rename anything

Built-in exercise names follow the app language, while your custom names and coaching terms stay exactly as entered.

02

Create your own catalog

Add movements, organize menus, and turn recurring training ideas into reusable routines.

03

Coach interactions

Send plans, receive trainee submissions, and keep review work attached to the right session.

04

Readable analysis

Use volume, calendar records, goals, body entries, and muscle distribution to explain what changed.

Training workflow

From plan to review without losing context.

The product story is simple: prepare training, record the work, review outcomes, then coach the next decision.

Analysis

Make progress explainable.

FitRoster analysis is meant to support coaching decisions, not bury users in decorative charts.

Training load and records

Connect completed sessions to measurable work across time.

Muscle distribution

Explain balance, focus, and neglected areas with a clear visual summary.

Coach interpretation

Turn the data into the next plan, not just another report.

Version 1.1.5

What's new in the current release.

FitRoster now presents a clear update summary the first time users open the app after installing a new version, then returns to the normal app flow.

01

One-time update summary

After an app update, users see the key changes once, acknowledge them, and continue into FitRoster normally.

02

Coach/trainee link architecture

The link setup layer has been rebuilt around one CloudKit-backed flow for remote invites, QR pairing, pending requests, acceptance, rejection, relationship IDs, and fast relationship sync.

03

Records and analysis focus

Highlights keep training history, calendar review, goals, body entries, and muscle distribution easy to evaluate.

04

Full notes stay available

Users can open the complete update history from Settings > Version Information whenever they need it.

Core features remain available without a subscription. Future language and guide updates will continue to be added on the live site.

Usage guide

A multilingual HTML guide is part of the live site.

The guide covers setup, editable exercise names, custom exercises, coach-trainee workflows, records, analysis, backup, and settings with localized screenshots.
