CDT is a crew duty, rest, and flight-time planning/reference calculator for iPhone and Apple Watch. This page covers common support topics for installation, notifications, Watch sync, settings, and local data.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that iOS notification permission is enabled for CDT if duty-stage reminders are expected.
- Open CDT after editing route, STD, STA, ACT OUT, ACT IN, or settings so the app can refresh Live Activity and Watch snapshots.
- For Apple Watch sync, confirm that the Watch app is installed and that iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and nearby.
- Review the User Guide for calculation surfaces and field definitions.
Support requests
When asking for support, include the CDT version, iPhone model, iOS version, Apple Watch model if relevant, and a short description of the route/settings that caused the issue.
