UI consistency, timeline export, and Watch refinements
- Moved RPT lock controls next to RPT information across the main UI styles so lock state and report-time detail stay together.
- Restored editable block-off time behavior in the in-flight rest planner across UI styles.
- Fixed Ticket crew-mode selection for Single, Multi, and Double modes.
- Improved cabin reference visibility so cabin limits are shown in more UI surfaces, not only through caution and alert text.
- Updated Flight Strip, Dash Board, and Card+ labels for FT REM, FDT REM, MAX FDT, and MAX FT where those values are the active reference.
- Restored the classic Dash Board semicircle remaining-time rings.
- Updated Card+ timeline export so the image saves to Photos and includes CDT attribution.
- Corrected Apple Watch Digital Crown scrolling direction.
- Updated the public guide and English PDF manual for CDT 1.1.
