FitRoster Pro Privacy Policy

FitRoster Pro is designed as a training log and coach-trainee planning workspace. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.

Effective date: July 24, 2026 No advertising or cross-app tracking Contact: fox3nova@gmail.com

Summary

FitRoster Pro does not sell personal information, does not display advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Your training, health, media, voice, and AI feature data is used only to provide app features you choose to use, such as workout planning, records, analysis, coach-trainee collaboration, Apple Health integration, sync, backup, and optional AI assistance.

Information the app may store

Depending on how you use FitRoster Pro, the app may store these categories of information on your device and, when enabled, through Apple iCloud services:

  • Profile and settings information, such as nickname, birth year, gender, body weight, units, language, and role preferences.
  • Training content, such as workout menus, exercises, sets, reps, load, training records, notes, goals, and calendar history.
  • Body and progress information, such as body weight, body-composition records, InBody-style measurements, progress goals, and body signals you choose to enter or import.
  • Apple Health data you authorize, such as body weight read from Apple Health and completed workout summaries written to Apple Health.
  • Coach-trainee collaboration data, such as invite codes, linked coach or trainee display names, assigned plans, shared schedules, and submitted progress.
  • Photos and videos you choose to import, attach, scan, recognize, export, or save, such as exercise photos, InBody report images, workout video attachments, and chart images.
  • Optional AI feature inputs, such as selected images, training focus, session history, body signals, coach feedback context, generated drafts, provider choices, model settings, and your saved provider API key.
  • Audio and speech transcription content when you choose voice input for coach feedback questions.
  • Backup files and exported FitRoster Pro data when you choose to create or restore a backup.
  • Messages you send to the support email address or public feedback form, including your email address if present, message content, exercise suggestions, and attached reference images.

How information is used

FitRoster Pro uses app data only to operate the training features you choose to use:

  • Create and manage workout plans, session records, and training history.
  • Show training analysis, goals, progress, and body-composition context.
  • Support coach-trainee plan delivery, review, and submitted training progress when collaboration features are enabled.
  • Read body weight from Apple Health and write completed workout summaries to Apple Health after you grant permission.
  • Generate optional AI-assisted exercise recognition, InBody recognition, workout drafts, and coach feedback drafts through the provider you choose.
  • Turn microphone input into editable text for coach feedback questions when you choose voice input.
  • Sync and restore data through Apple iCloud services when you enable iCloud sync or backup workflows.
  • Respond to support requests you send by email and review exercise item feedback you submit.

iCloud, CloudKit, and backups

FitRoster Pro may use Apple iCloud, CloudKit, and iCloud Drive to sync app data, share coach-trainee information, and store backup files when you use those features. This data is handled through Apple services associated with your Apple ID and is subject to Apple's privacy and security practices. FitRoster Pro does not operate a separate server for selling or advertising with your training data.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

FitRoster Pro uses Apple Health (HealthKit) to read your latest body weight and, after authorization, save completed workouts (activity type, start/end time, duration, workout title and a sync identifier). It does not read heart rate or write body weight. These permissions are optional. Disconnect stops future Apple Health (HealthKit) access from FitRoster; existing data remains. Manage system permissions or delete saved workouts in Apple Health. Imported body weight may be included in an AI request only after third-party AI consent and the applicable request controls. Manual logging remains available without HealthKit.

Camera, photos, and videos

If you use coach invite QR code scanning, exercise photos, equipment recognition, InBody report import, workout video attachments, chart export, or Save to Photos, FitRoster Pro may request camera or photo-library access. Camera access is used only for the action you choose. Photos or videos are stored only when you attach, import, export, or save them, and are not used for advertising tracking.

Microphone and speech recognition

If you choose voice input for coach feedback questions, FitRoster Pro may request microphone and speech recognition access. Audio is used to create editable text for that feature. Speech recognition may be processed by Apple speech recognition services depending on iOS settings and availability.

Optional AI features

Optional AI uses your selected OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) or xAI (Grok) service. Before the first connection, review the data disclosure and explicitly consent. Manage or withdraw consent in Settings → AI Data Sharing.

Sharing and third parties

FitRoster Pro does not sell your personal information. The app does not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. Data may be shared only when you choose to use Apple iCloud services, Apple Health, coach-trainee collaboration, optional AI providers, speech recognition, backup/export features, the public feedback form provider, or when required by law.

Exercise feedback form

If you submit the public exercise feedback form, the exercise name, notes, selected reference image, form language, source page, and email delivery metadata are sent through FormSubmit to fox3nova@gmail.com. This is separate from in-app training data and is used only to review requested exercise catalog additions.

Data retention and deletion

Your FitRoster Pro data remains available until you delete it in the app, remove the app and its data, delete related iCloud data, or delete backup files you created. If you contact support or submit exercise feedback, emails and attachments are retained only as needed to respond, review requests, and maintain support records.

Age eligibility

FitRoster Pro may be used only by people who have reached the legal age of majority where they live. The app requires an adult confirmation before it loads or uses profile, training, body weight, video, coach-relationship, cloud, or AI data.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when FitRoster Pro features, sync behavior, or release requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are made.

AI Data Sharing

Optional AI uses your selected OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) or xAI (Grok) service. Before the first connection, review the data disclosure and explicitly consent. Manage or withdraw consent in Settings → AI Data Sharing.

Optional third-party AI. Only the provider you select receives data when you request an AI action and consent. Saving an API key does not grant consent.

Data and purpose

  • Plans, analysis and coach feedback: the relevant workout history (dates, exercises, sets, reps, weights, duration, distance, effort), goals, notes, feedback and entered requests; body weight and InBody measurements when included; names when included in the request. Body weight may originate from Apple Health. Used to generate the requested draft or interpretation. Existing per-request data controls still apply.
  • Recognition: the selected equipment photo or InBody report image, including any visible people, names or health measurements, plus exercise catalog context where needed. Used to identify equipment or extract report values. Crop or cover information you do not want to share before choosing the image.
  • Voice parsing: the current transcript and language, to extract set values. FitRoster does not send the audio recording to these AI providers.
  • Connections also send your API key for authentication and expose network information such as your IP address. Refreshing the model list sends credentials, not workout records or images.

Your control

Consent is saved on this device for this provider and disclosure version. Other providers require separate consent. Cancel keeps manual logging, plans and local analysis available. Review or withdraw consent in Settings → AI Data Sharing. Withdrawal blocks new requests and cancels active AI requests; data already delivered cannot be recalled. Consent alone never starts an AI request.

The selected provider processes data under its API terms, retention rules and account settings. Review its privacy policy below. Share another person’s data only with their permission.

AI access and costs

Free download applies to the app. Optional AI requires your own provider API key; provider usage may incur separate charges. Check the price shown in your App Store before downloading.

AI can make mistakes. Review generated plans, interpretations and recognized values before using or saving them. AI does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency advice.
